1. Tell us if there is a specific audience (e.g., a college professor, a potential customer).
2. If possible, specify the level or type of service desired, as explained on our various pricing pages, or indicate that you are not sure.  When we reply, we'll give our opinion about the various types and levels of service we might provide.
3. If you are seeking assistance with an academic writing project, state the name of any writing style that might be applicable (Chicago Manual of Style, MLA Handbook, AP Stylebook), or attach a copy of any style sheet, guidelines, or instructions you must follow.
4. Tell us about any specific, or general deadline for completion of the project and how soon you need to receive our analysis and cost evaluation (in all cases, we will be as prompt as possible).
